You must notify phferry support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
All phferry Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies or via foreign payment instruments may be converted to PHP at prevailing rates, with applicable conversion fees borne by the Player.

An Account with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as dormant. phferry reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱100 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) to dormant Accounts after providing 30 days' prior notice via the registered email or mobile number.
